Data processed
We may process first name, last name, date of birth, country, email, phone, declared profile, club or team, Rider Check answers, consents, entries, referrals and validated campaign actions.
Purposes
To manage prize draw participation, calculate entries, validate actions, prevent fraud, contact winners, answer enquiries and send commercial communications only where consent exists.
Legal basis
The main legal basis is the participant's consent and acceptance of the promotion terms. Certain technical or anti-fraud processing may rely on the organiser's legitimate interest.
Retention
Data will be kept for the time needed to manage the campaign, resolve incidents, comply with legal obligations and evidence the correct execution of the draw. Data used for commercial communications will be kept until the user withdraws consent.
Recipients

Post-draw updates form
If you sign up after the draw closes, we process your name (optional), email, and the date and source of your consent to send AM Biota content and offers about microbiota, nutrition and its tests. This signup does not enter the draw. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to info@ambiota.com. We retain these data while your consent remains active.
