These terms summarise the participation mechanics of the prize draw organised by AM BIOTA, S.L.U. as part of the Microbiota Rider Check campaign.
Taking part in the promotion means accepting these terms and the privacy policy linked to the campaign.

2. Participation
Participation is free and aimed at people living in the territories accepted by the organiser. No purchase of any product or service is required to enter, and buying does not increase the chances of winning. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian if they win one of the 10 tests in the draw.
3. Entry mechanics
Each participant may earn up to 11 entries through validated actions: completing the Rider Check, confirming their email, activating their profile, visiting the stand, attending the talk, obtaining up to 5 valid referrals and completing a special campaign action if activated.
4. Prize
The draw includes 10 AM BIOTA intestinal microbiota metagenomic tests valued at 345 euros each. The prize is personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorised by the organiser.
5. Draw and winners
Winners will be selected from valid entries registered during the campaign period. AM BIOTA will contact winners using the details provided in the form. If a winner does not reply within the indicated period, the organiser may assign the prize to a reserve winner.
6. Guidance-only Rider Check
The Rider Check generates a guidance profile based only on the user's answers. It does not analyse the microbiota, is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace assessment by a healthcare professional.
7. Data protection
Data will be processed to manage participation, validate actions, contact winners and, if the user accepts it, send AM BIOTA communications. privacy policy.
8. Changes and final validation
AM BIOTA may adjust dates, operational mechanics or requirements for organisational, technical or legal reasons, while keeping participation free and preserving equal opportunities among participants.
